A panel of expert judges meticulously evaluated a record-breaking number of entries of more than 100 brands from across 28 countries, representing a truly global snapshot of the industry’s future. The winners were unveiled during a live ceremony at IFE 2026, held at ExCeL London as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.
