Online Menu Management
OLO makes it easy to keep every location’s menu up-to-date.We update everything in one place, and OLO shares those updates—including pricing—with our website and third-party delivery channels. This ensures customers always see accurate and consistent menu information, no matter where they order.
Order Flow & Management
All orders, no matter where they come from, flow directly into our Krunch Time Ordering System. Each order is automatically accepted by the tablet, and OLO calculates the make-ready time based on the order’s size and prep time. This keeps everything running smoothly and on schedule.


OnLINE ORDERING SYSTEM
Our all-in-one system includes a tablet, charging stand, and printer, all pre-programmed for each store once accounts are set up.

MENU MANAGEMENT COST:
$99 per month plus credit card processing fees.
**Note – each 3rd Party Provider will payout separately and charge commissions on orders from these channels.
PAYOUTS:
1st Party Ordering: Weekdays Payouts (see schedule)
3rd Party Orders: Payout weekly and will come from each provider.

This system enables orders from all three major platforms to flow into a centralized location – no more multiple tablets to maintain!

Equipment is shipped approx. 2 weeks prior to opening and installation is scheduled 1 week prior to opening. Operator must have manager onsite with access to store owned WiFi to complete

OLO
OLO is the software provider that manages all KKC Online Menus and provides the solution to have online ordering and all three 3PD partner orders feed into a pre-programmed iPad tablet.
The cost for this service is $99/monthly and auto-drafted from a business account around the 5th of every month.

STRATIX
Stratix provides the tablet, stand, and printer. All equipment must come through the Online Ordering System. Outside printers will not work.
The operator will need to provide banking information after the first 3-year support term runs out.

MARKETPLACE PRICE LIFT
Refers to a percentage applied to in-store pricing to combat delivery commission fees.
It is recommended that you choose to go no higher than 15% above in-store pricing. This is set on the back-end of OLO and requests to edit or change must come through delivery@krispykrunchy.com.
Even after fees, third-party delivery provides almost double the penny profit to the bank!
