Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC (“Krispy Krunchy” or “Sponsor”) with offices at 1000 Marietta Street NW, Suite 244, Atlanta, GA 30318.  While this Sweepstakes may be promoted via social media websites, such websites are not affiliated with Sponsor or this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok or any other third-party website or application that might host content where information about this Sweepstakes is published (collectively “Content Hosts”). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with DoorDash.

Acceptance of Rules: By entering the Krispy Krunchy Chicken® National Fried Chicken Day Sweepstakes
(the “Sweepstakes”), you (the “Entrant”) hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the “Official Rules”) of the Sweepstakes.  Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal. 

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, if higher than 18).  Sponsor’s employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively the “Affiliated Employees”), and immediate family members (including spouses, children, siblings, parents) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Krispy Krunchy Chicken® licensees (“Licensee(s)”), their employees (“Licensee Employees”), and immediate family members (including spouses, children, siblings, parents) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on July 6, 2026 at 8:00 am (EST) and ends on July 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm (EST) (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.  The Entry Period is subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion if for any unforeseen reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned. 

How To Enter:  On Monday, July 6, 2026, Sponsor will announce the Sweepstakes: (1) on a post on Sponsor’s official Instagram page (available at: https://www.instagram.com/krispykrunchychicken) (the “Instagram Sweepstakes Post”); and (2) on a post on the Sponsor’s official TikTok account (available at https://www.tiktok.com/discover/krispy-krunchy) (the “TikTok Sweepstakes Post”). There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. 

1. Entry via Instagram.  To enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram, during the Entry Period, an Entrant must follow the Sponsor’s Instagram page, like the Instagram Sweepstakes Post, comment the Entrant’s city and tag a friend. The Entrant may, but is not required to, comment with the Entrant’s favorite Krispy Krunchy Chicken® order. The Entrant’s Instagram account must be made “public.”  An Instagram account is required to enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram.  If you do not already have an Instagram account, you can go to https://www.instagram.com/ to create a free Instagram account.  If you choose to submit an entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply.  See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities.  This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. 

1. Entry via TikTok.  To enter the Sweepstakes via TikTok, during the Entry Period, an Entrant must follow the Sponsor’s TikTok page, like the TikTok Sweepstakes Post, comment the Entrant’s city and tag a friend. The Entrant may, but is not required to, comment with the Entrant’s favorite Krispy Krunchy Chicken® order. A TikTok account is required to enter the Sweepstakes via TikTok.  If you do not already have a TikTok account, you can go to https://www.tiktok.com/ to create a free TikTok account.  If you choose to submit an entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply.  See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities.  This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with TikTok. 

Regardless of entry method, a maximum number of one entry may be received by any one individual over the course of the Entry Period. Additional entries received in excess of the maximum number of entries will be void.  All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. 

Entries will be deemed made by the “authorized account holder” of the Instagram and/or TikTok account (as applicable) the entry is submitted from at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the person who is assigned to the Instagram and/or TikTok account (as applicable) by the online service provider.  

Prizes and Odds: Ten (10) Prizes will be awarded.  Each winner will receive one (1) $100 DoorDash gift card. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of each prize is $100.   

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. 

Random Drawing and Notification: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor by July 10, 2026, 2026 at 5pm (EST) via the Instagram or TikTok account associated with Winner(s)’ winning entry.  Specifically, Sponsor will reply to Winner(s)’ comment directing Winner(s) to send a direct message via Instagram and/or TikTok account (as applicable), so that Winner(s) can provide Sponsor with Winner(s)’ email address. Sponsor is not responsible for Winner(s)’ failure to receive notices due to spam, or other security settings or for Winner(s)’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.  Winner(s) will only be contacted once. If Winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the Prize within 48 hours after notification, the Prize may be forfeited, with alternate Winner(s) selected. 

In the event a winner chooses not to accept his/her/their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (either in these Official Rules or the Notification), prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries.  

General: By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants accept and agree to by bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Participants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware, and data charges that may be required in order to submit an entry. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees’ use of his/her/their name, city and state of residence, and likeness (including photos and/or videos) for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission, or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Winners are solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes on the prizes including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize. By participating, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Content Hosts and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, personal injury or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. 

In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to that date. 

Sponsor is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late, or lost; or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties.  No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries, or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of Entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Submission Guidelines: Any entry that includes a photo submission (a “Submission”) must comply with the following requirements: (1) the Submission must be an original work, taken by the Entrant, (2) the Submission does not need to include any person.  However, if a person is shown in the Submission it must be limited to only the Entrant, and not any third-party, and (3) the Submission cannot: (a) be obscene, offensive, contain or reference nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) contain or reference trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others without permission; (c) contain copyrighted materials owned by others without permission; (d) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any person other than Entrant, without permission. 

By entering a Submission, the Entrant warrants and represents that: (a) the Submission has not been previously published; (b) the Submission does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (c) publication of the Submission via various media including Web posting and posting in social media, will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Entrant will indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any claims to the contrary. Without limiting the foregoing, a Submission should not include any third-party trademarks, logos, insignia, or artwork.  References to any third-party trademarks, service marks or logos referred to or appearing in the Submission are property of their respective owners, and do not indicate that the owners of these marks sponsor, approve or endorse the Sponsor or are otherwise affiliated with the Sponsor. 

Any Submission that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is deemed to be inappropriate for publication or inclusion in the Sweepstakes for any reason will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. 

Governing Law: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. 

Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice at https://www.krispykrunchy.com/legal/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.
