Q. Can I use the equipment I already have?

A. Probably. We will help in assessing your current equipment. If you have a hood and at least a 45 lb fryer along with a decent looking hot food case you can probably use your existing equipment.

Q. How much is it going to cost?

A. The cost depends on what equipment you currently have. We will assist in determining if your current equipment will work for the program. If you end up needing equipment, you can buy it from us. Or, you can purchase the equipment from anyone you wish.

Q. Are there any franchise* fees or royalties?
